Got Questions?
If there's anything you're not sure of, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us!
All we ask, to keep our costs down, is for you to first of all take a look at our list of Frequently Asked Questions - as there may already be a very comprehensive and useful answer!
Just click on the question that seems to most fit your query - if there is nothing relevant, simply scroll to the bottom of the page to send us an email.

Will Giving Your Our Cartridges/Phones Cost Us Anything?
Not at all! We supply collection boxes for free, and your cartridges/phones are either collected by us at our expense, or are sent via our FREEPOST address.

Do You Accept Epson Cartridges For Reuse?
We don't ourselves - but we can point you in the direction of a place to send them - click here for our page on
Epson Cartridge Recycling.

Can You Recycle "x" Cartridge/Phone?
We can recycle almost all HP, Lexmark, and Canon inkjet cartridges. For toner cartridges we ask that you have a minimum of 10 recyclable cartridges - to check whether yours are recyclable call 0800 833 480 quoting account number "cart001" - and please ensure that you do not send toners under any circumstance to the freepost address. All working mobiles that accept a SIM card are accepted - please remember to include batteries/chargers. Please do not send us any other items or we will only incurr additional costs which reduces the amount of money going towards the work of the three charities.

What Happens To Donated Items?
They are sold on to a variety of remanufacturers who clean, repair/refill, and then resell the items we send them. The money raised from the sale of your items to these remanufacturers is the money donated to the charities.

How Much Money Does Charity Receive For x Cartridge/Phone?
Some cartridges and phones are worth more than others. All the revenue we receive from a cartridge or mobile, after we have deducted our direct costs and a small administration fee, is split equally between the charities participating. For example, if you send us the very common HP C6656 or C6578 then we will be able to give our charities, at current prices, roughly £3 each. Another common cartridge, the C8727 would enable us to give over £3.00 to our charities. Popular mobiles can raise as much as £60!

Can I Ask That The Revenue From My Cartridges/Phones Goes To One Charity?
No, the revenue from your cartridge or phone will be split equally between the three charities we have partnered with. We hope that everyone will agree that each charity is equally deserving of our support.

Can My Charity/Organisation Raise Funds In This Way?
At the moment we cannot accept any more charities to benefit through this particular scheme. However, please see our sister site www.ink2cash.co.uk to do your own collecting and raise funds for your charity or organisation.

If none of the above have answered your question, please click here to send us an email.
