Donate Mobile Phones for Recycling

Please follow these simple instructions to have your phone(s) to us in no time!

What To Send
Please check this list of what we can recycle and what we cannot - or the extra unnecessary postage and disposal costs will just directly reduce the net profit which is the money that the charities receive.

Many old phones are heavy (cost us a lot in postage) and have little or no value - if your phone is quite an old model, or you are not sure, please email us with the model number to check first.

But please do not send any of these:

• Phones Over 10 Years Old
• SIM Cards
• Unnecessary Bulky Packaging
• Phone Accessories (but please do send chargers and batteries if accompanied by their relevant phones)

Use A Jiffy Bag To Post Your Phone
Envelopes, unless extremely tough varieties, often get torn and damaged en route. Something stronger like a previously-used jiffy bag (everyone's got a few lying around) is just great and will protect the contents better also.

Once you've got your hands on a suitable Jiffy bag or similar, you have two choices about how to address it.

The FREEPOST Address
For your convenience, you can send your phone(s) to this address with no need to pay for postage, as we pay for it for you - simply write this address clearly on the Jiffy bag: (printable version)

The Non-FREEPOST Address
Alternatively, you can help us reduce costs and increase the net profit we can pass on to the charities by paying for postage yourself to our normal postage address - many thanks if you decide to do this! Please note that this is not freepost! (printable version)

Simply pop the phone in the Jiffy bag, seal your Jiffy bag securely, and post! (either at a post box, or hand in at a post office)
