» Mobile Phone Service

This free-to-use UK service accepts mobile phones to put them to reuse, or recycling if they cannot be reused.

Your phone can be working or non-working. Please include the battery with the phone. You may include the charger if you wish.

This service is not for:

Just Send!

If you are also using the Empty Ink Cartridge Service or Empty Toner Cartridge Service, you can include your mobile phones under those instructions instead.

If you have more than 10 phones, please drop us an email to arrange a collection instead.

1. Find an Envelope

Please reuse a Jiffy bag or such to send your phone. Please ensure that the packaging is sufficient to protect the phone as damaged phones are worth less.

This is much more environmentally-friendly than producing new plastic recycling envelopes to send to you, and you can send your phone away right now.

2. Attach the Freepost Postal Label

Please print and attach this postal label: no stamps are required. The barcode on the label is required in order for your phone to qualify for the charity donation.

3. Send

And then pat yourself on the back! Thank you - you've just helped charity and the environment.

Any time you want to send again, please revisit this web site, as these instructions are liable to change.

Keep Up to Date

To keep up to date with our services and the charities please give us your email address for occasional mailings.

You'll get no more than one message a month, you can unsubscribe in one click using a link at the bottom of our mailings, and your details will not be passed on.
